  • On-site presentation is required.
  • The presentation will include a 10 minute presentation and a 2 minute real-time Q&A.
  • Each presenter will be allocated 12 minutes. All speakers are requested to strictly observe the allocated presentation time.

Presentation Language

  • The presentation must be in English, which is the official language of SICOM 2025.

Oral Presentation Guidance & Template Download

  • We recommend using "MS Office PowerPoint" with a 16:9 ratio.
  • Please use only basic fonts for your presentation (Arial, Times New Roman), as non-standard fonts may not display properly.
  • Please visit the preview room and submit your presentation materials at least 1 hour before your session. (Please ensure to bring your slides on a USB drive.)
  • Pre-submission of presentation materials is not necessary, you can check and edit your materials in the preview room.
  • If you have pre-submitted your materials, please also check them in the preview room before your presentation.
  • If your presentation includes videos or audio files, please bring the files separately in case they do not play properly.
  • MacBook users are advised to bring their own Apple adapters (connecting cables/USB hubs).
  • Operating staff will be assigned in the preview room to assist with any technical issues.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • The deadline for abstract withdrawal is Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (KST).
  • After October 29, 2025 (KST), it will not be possible to make any modifications to the abstract due to the production and publication schedule of the abstract book.

Award & Closing Ceremony

  • The Best Abstract Award Ceremony will take place during the Closing Ceremony (Saturday, November 29, 17:40–18:00).
  • Selected outstanding abstracts will receive additional cash prizes and official recognition at the congress.
  • All presenters are strongly encouraged to attend the Closing Ceremony, as award recipients will be announced during this session. Please remain until the end of the congress to celebrate the successful conclusion of SICOM 2025 together.

Guided Poster Presentation Guidance & Template Download

  • All authors selected for Guided Poster must submit their E-Poster as a digital file (9:16 Vertical Type / PowerPoint).
  • There is NO need to prepare printed posters, as there will be no poster boards for physical posters.
  • Please note that separate presentation slides are not required.
  • The deadline for E-Poster submission is November 13, 2025. After this date, you must submit the file directly in the preview room.
  • It is possible to modify your E-Poster during the congress dates. If needed, please visit the Preview Room and directly update your E-Poster with the assistance of engineers.

  • E-Posters must be written in English, which is the official language of SICOM 2025.
  • All E-Posters must be submitted as a single slide (One Page-Slide) per research.
  • Your E-Poster file will be displayed simultaneously on three E-Poster screens in Miraero Room 1 (3F) during your guided session.
  • You will present your research in front of E-Poster screens using the uploaded E-Poster file.
  • You may use the E-Poster template, which can be downloaded via the button below.

E-Poster Exhibition Information

E-Posters will be displayed on three electronic PDP screens without any assigned presentation time during the SICOM 2025. Participants will be able to freely view the contents on the electronic displays.

Important Notice for Scholarship Recipients
Among the accepted E-Poster abstracts, authors designated to receive a Scholarship must complete their registration and attend the congress in person to be eligible for the scholarship.
Please note that scholarship distribution will be made on-site only.
