  • Your registration will only be considered complete after the registration fee has been received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted only before the regular registration deadline.
  • Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in written form. Please download and complete the request form, then submit it to the SICOM 2025 secretariat at sicom@planbear.co.kr.
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

취소 규정

  • 등록 취소 및 환불은 일반 등록 마감일까지만 가능합니다.
  • 취소 및 환불 요청은 서면으로 제출하셔야 합니다. 하기의 등록 취소 요청서를 다운로드하여 작성하신 후, SICOM 2025 준비사무국(sicom@planbear.co.kr)으로 제출 부탁 드립니다.
  • 환불은 학술대회 종료 후에 진행될 예정입니다.
  • 은행 수수료는 환불 금액에서 공제됩니다.
