1. When will the Presentation Number be announced?
The presentation number will be announced in November, after the withdrawal requests are finalized. We kindly ask for your patience until then.

2. My presentation type is different from what I applied for.
The final presentation type was determined by the Scientific Committee after careful review.
We kindly ask for your understanding that the presentation type cannot be changed once finalized.

3. How can I complete the complimentary registration?
Complimentary registration is provided for the presenting author and co-authors.
Please complete your registration at your earliest convenience to confirm your participation in SICOM 2025.

4. When will the Scholarship be provided?
The scholarship will be provided in cash onsite after your presentation has been verified.
(For E-Poster Exhibition presenters, it will be provided after your E-Poster file submission is confirmed.)
The exact distribution location will be announced later.

6. I need an Invitation Letter for my visa application.
After completing your complimentary registration, you may request an invitation letter through the link below.

7. I need a Certificate of Tax Business Registration.
Once you complete your complimentary registration and apply for the visa invitation letter, the Certificate of Tax Business Registration will be issued together.
Please note that applying for a tourist visa is usually the most convenient option for entering Korea.

8. I would like to withdraw my abstract.
The deadline for abstract withdrawal is Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (KST).
After this date, no modifications or withdrawals will be possible due to the abstract book production schedule.

For presenters who have submitted multiple abstracts,
please note that if any abstract is withdrawn, the scholarship will not be provided.
